"The work attributed to Jozef Paszkowski, meanwhile its author would be Marian Brzozowski. He originally published it as La guerre de Pologne en 1831 (Leipzig 1833). It is a primary source for the course of the Polish-Russian war. It was highly regarded by Prądzyński. It appeared in Polish translation as War in Poland of 1831 by a Polish officer described in 1832, Lvov 1861, and was sometimes attributed to Jozef Paszkowski, who did the translation and made some additions and corrections to the text."
