The work of Prof. Antoni Jakubski (1885-1962) - zoologist, soldier of the Legions, participant in the battles for Lvov, later professor of the University of Poznan. The author describes in detail the organization of the Lviv Uprising and operational and tactical issues in the first period of fighting in November 1918.
