Onufry Hieronim Kunaszowski (1806-1885) - Polish socialite, lexicographer and poet, November insurgent. During the November Uprising he fought as an officer in the Volhynia-Russo-Lithuanian Legion, after which he returned to Zelibory, where he was socially active. He was active in the Galician Credit Society, was vice president of the Society for the Care of 1831 Veterans, and wrote articles for Lviv newspapers. In 1848 he published in Stanislawow the poem Peter Dane of Skrzynn. A Tidings from the 12th Century dedicated to the participants of the Spring of Nations. He wasthe author of a biographical dictionary of November insurgents, Life Stories of Participants in the November Uprising, published in Lviv in 1880. He donated his rich collection of books to the Ossoline Library before his death. He was buried in Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv in the quarters of November insurgents known as the "Iron Company" quarters, with his wife and older brother Maksymilian (also an 1831 insurgent) resting next to him.
